Management Reports for Budgeting and Forecasting within Organisational Units

A series of reports is available to allow managers and finance staff to view and monitor organisational unit budgets to determine their current financial position. Some of the key reports are listed below.

Consolidated Income and Expenditure

This report has been designed to allow managers to track actual income and expenditure amounts against Annual Budget and Year End Forecast. The report contains hyperlinks that allows users to drill down to monthly spreads and transactions amounts.

Forecast Comparison

This report compares the various forecasts made throughout the year and shows Income and Expenditure variance against Annual Budget, YTD Actual Amounts and the Current Forecast.

Management Reports

This folder contains a collection of finance management reports.

Operational Finance Reports

A series of reports is available to support day to day financial management. These operational reports tend to be more detailed than the management reports. They support the preparation of budgets/forecasts and provide data on individual income and expenditure transactions.

Chart Field Actuals Summary

This report has been designed to show a monthly spread of actual income and expenditure amounts. Results are organized by Chart String. The report contains hyperlinks that allow the user to drill down to individual transactions.

Transaction Details

This report has been designed to display a detailed transaction listing for both income and expenditure. Data is available for all years back to 2009. Results are shown on individual report tabs that filter to different transaction types eg., By Project, Credit Card, Salaries etc.

Operational Reports

This folder contains a collection of operational reports that support the user in the day to day management of financial administration administration.
