Operational Reporting

series of reports
is available to support day to day HR processes. These reports tend to be more detailed than the management reports. They provide details such as appointment information, leave balances and training course completions.
Current Staff Details
This report has been designed to allow users to view headcount and details for all staff currently employed in the selected faculty or school. Data returned includes appointment details, email addresses and costing information.
Staff Details Individual
This report has been designed to provide users with an employment profile for a single staff member selected when the report is run. Data returned includes appointment details, employment history and leave balances.
HR Administration
This folder contains a collection of reports that supports staff in managing all aspects of day to day HR administration.
Leave Reports
This folder contains a collection of reports that cover leave applications, takings and balances. Data is returned by leave type and reports can be run at a faculty and school level.
Workplace Training
This folder contains a collection of reports that allows managers to track staff participation in online training modules.
Management Reporting
A
series of reports
is available to allow managers, supervisors and HR staff to view and monitor the workforce profile within their organisational unit. Some of the key reports are listed below.
Staff FTE and Salaries
This report has been designed to allow users to track FTE and salary growth from any point in time over a three year period. Results are returned for a selected faculty or school. Data is organized by Classification, Funding Type and School.
Workforce Profile
This folder contains a collection of reports that allow users to access a range of indicators relating to the UQ Workforce at a Faculty and School level.
Student Staff Ratios
This report is designed to allow users to view student / staff ratios across all of UQ. Ratios are calculated using Official Student Load and Official Staff FTE, Data is organized by Faculty and School.
