UQ Student Data Reporting

Planning and Business Intelligence is responsible for maintaining quality control of the student data that forms part of Australian Government higher education reporting requirements. The provision of accurate and timely student data is imperative to the continuation of funding support and administration of fee assistance schemes (e.g the Higher Educational Loan Program or HELP). The Tertiary Collection of Student Information (TCSI) is managed by the Department of Education who also provide a range of useful guides to assist in the reporting process. The Government also use these data to publish a range of Higher Education Statistics annually.

To ensure the integrity and accuracy of submissions, Planning and Business Intelligence works closely with various areas within the University.
